Auction principles

• Each lot will disclose its reserve status, minimum increment, closing time and any right to withdraw.
• Late bids will be rejected by the server, not by the bidder’s device clock.
• Identity, age and payment checks will be confirmed before live participation.
• Bid history and closure records will be retained according to approved legal requirements.

Payments & fulfilment

• Card details will be handled only by the approved payment provider.
• Shipping origin, collection options and expected costs will be shown on each lot.
• International buyers remain responsible for applicable duties and import charges.
• Refund, failed-payment and dispute terms will be published before checkout opens.

Privacy

Bidder, donor and rider information will be collected only where required, protected by access controls and retained under a POPIA-aligned policy. The final notice will identify the organisation’s registered Information Officer and service providers.

Current status

This is a demonstration platform. It accepts no bids or money. Verified legal-entity details, final policies and payment-provider terms must be supplied before launch.
