2 Wheel Development is a non-profit organization running an online auction platform supporting motorsport development. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when auctioned items will be delivered to winning bidders.
2. Shipping Costs
All shipping and delivery costs are for the winning bidder’s own account.
Shipping fees are not included in the final auction price and will be communicated and charged separately based on:
- The location of the item
- The delivery method selected
- The delivery destination
3. Item Location
Items are stored and dispatched from either:
- Belgium
- South Africa
Winning bidders will be informed of the item’s location after the auction closes.
4. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options:
4.1. Courier Delivery
- We can arrange shipping through reputable courier services.
- The cost and estimated delivery time will be quoted after the auction.
- Tracking details will be provided once the item has shipped.
- All customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
4.2. Event Handovers
We offer in-person delivery at select motorsport events:
- MXGP Events (Motocross Grand Prix)
- MSA National Motocross Events (within South Africa)
If you would like to collect your item at one of these events, please notify us within 48 hours of winning the auction. We will confirm if your selected event is suitable and make arrangements.
Note: Items must be collected in person at the agreed event. If not collected, standard shipping arrangements will apply, and shipping costs will be billed accordingly.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on:
- Your location
- The item’s current location (Belgium or South Africa)
- The shipping method selected
We aim to dispatch items within 5 business days of receiving full payment and shipping confirmation from the buyer.
6. Shipping Liability
Once the item is handed over to the courier or delivered in person at an event:
- Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer.
- 2 Wheel Development is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during transit.
