2. About 2 Wheel Development
2 Wheel Development is a non-profit organization dedicated to create a platform to support selected young motorsport talents, by providing them with the necessary resources to compete internationally, improve their competitive abilities, and expose them to the global racing community. Our auction platform allows users to bid on various items, with all proceeds going to support our charitable initiatives.
3. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
4. User Accounts
4.1. Users must create an account to participate in auctions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
5. Auction Participation
5.1. Users can place bids on items listed on the Site. By placing a bid, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the item.
5.2. 2 Wheel Development reserves the right to refuse or cancel bids at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraudulent activity.
5.3. All bids are final. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted.
6. Winning Bids and Payment
6.1. The highest bid at the end of an auction will be considered the winning bid.
6.2. The winning bidder will be notified by email and must complete payment within 5 working days of the auction ending.
6.3. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Electronic Fund Transfer, PayPal.
6.4. If the winning bidder fails to complete payment, 2 Wheel Development reserves the right to cancel the transaction and offer the item to the next highest bidder or relist the item.
7. Donations and Proceeds
7.1. All proceeds from auctions go directly to supporting 2 Wheel Development’s charitable initiatives.
7.2. 2 Wheel Development does not provide tax or legal advice regarding donations. Users are responsible for determining the tax deductibility of their contributions.
8. Item Descriptions and Warranties
8.1. Items listed on the Site are described as accurately as possible. However, 2 Wheel Development does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any descriptions.
8.2. Items are sold “as-is.” 2 Wheel Development makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the items listed on the Site.
